The JAC website uses AI automatic translation (machine translation). Because it is machine translation, the translation may not always be accurate.
About the automatic translation (machine translation) function
- The website is automatically translated (machine translated) according to the language settings of the device you are using to view the website.
- To change the language, open the language selection panel from the Language button in the header and select the language.
- Some proper nouns may not be translated correctly.
- Some pages are not automatically translated. PDFs are not translated.

Register for an account (JAC Members)
To be able to apply for exams and events using the "JAC Members" app, you must register for an account.
Account registration process
To register for an account on the smartphone app "JAC Members," follow the steps below.

Make sure you have "New Registration".

Enter the email address of the person who will use this app.

2-5. Take a photo of your face

Enter your name, date of birth, and nationality

Enter your name.
Example: JOHN SMITH
Select the date of birth from the calendar that appears.

Under "Take a photo of your ID" check "Passport."

This completes the passport photo shoot.
You will return to the first screen.
Once your photo fits in all three frames, your passport photo shoot is complete.
Tap "Next" below the three photos.

Under "Photo of ID" select "Other"Tap

*If there are any imperfections in the photo, such as your mouth being open or there being something in the background, your application will not be accepted. If you are unsure, please take a new photo.

2-6. Display the confirmation screen
Tap [Next]. A confirmation screen will appear.


Step 3.
Check the application details
3-1. Check the displayed content and photos
Scroll through the confirmation screen to make sure it's correct.
If it's correct, tap Next.

Step 4.
Check the "Terms of Use"
4-1. Check the "Terms of Use"
Read the displayed terms of use.
If you agree to the terms, check the box for [I Agree] and tap [Next].

Step 5.
Check the "Privacy Policy"
5-1. Check the "Privacy Policy"
Read the displayed privacy policy.
*The privacy policy is provided based on the Japanese version and translated into various languages.
If you agree to the terms, check the box for [Agree] and tap [Apply].
The "Confirm Email Address" screen will be displayed.
Your account request has been successful.
*Please log in again after 3 minutes as it will time out. The email will be resent.


Step 6.
Confirm the email address of "JAC Members"
6-1. Check if you have received an email from JAC and tap the link
Immediately check to see if you have received an email from JAC at the email address you entered in "2-1. Enter your information."
Tap the link in the email. The home screen shown on the right will be displayed.
This completes the confirmation of the email addresses of "JAC Members."


Step 7.
Confirmation of account application results
7-1. Check the account application results
When you apply for an account, JAC will review and approve it.
It will take some time for your application to be approved, so please be patient.
Once your account is approved, your registration is complete. "News" will be displayed on the home screen.
