About the automatic translation (machine translation) function
- The website is automatically translated (machine translated) according to the language settings of the device you are using to view the website.

[Notice] Changes to the test administration method in Japan
Starting with The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam in December 2025, all Japan exams will be conducted at the Prometric Test Center.
Japan The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam for Construction Industry in Japan will be implemented at 95 Prometric Test Centers nationwide from December 2025. You can take the exam at a venue that is closer than before.

You can apply through the Prometric website and take the test at a Prometric testing center.

- Scores displayed on the score report:
Score reports for domestic exams from December onwards will show scores for both the written and practical exams.
*The score report is not a certificate of passing the exam.
- Retake:
Previously, you could take the exam once per month, but from now on, you will be able to retake the exam if you wait at least 30 days after your last attempt.
- Response to exam fraud:
The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam in the construction sector is carried out in accordance with the The Specified Skills (i) Evaluation Exam for Construction Industry Implementation Procedures and the The Specified Skills (ii) Evaluation Exam for Construction Industry Implementation Procedures set out by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
These examination guidelines are prepared based on the examination policy established by the Ministry of Justice, and it is stipulated that measures such as prohibiting those who have taken the exam fraudulently or those who attempt to do so will be prohibited from taking the examination, canceling the decision to pass, and suspending their qualifications for a certain period of time.For example, if you use multiple Prometric IDs to circumvent the test interval restrictions, your test results after the fraudulent test will be cancelled and you will be suspended from taking tests for one year from the date the fraud is discovered.
