The JAC website uses AI automatic translation (machine translation). Because it is machine translation, the translation may not always be accurate.
About the automatic translation (machine translation) function
- The website is automatically translated (machine translated) according to the language settings of the device you are using to view the website.
- To change the language, open the language selection panel from the Language button in the header and select the language.
- Some proper nouns may not be translated correctly.
- Some pages are not automatically translated. PDFs are not translated.
- Links to external sites will not be translated.

What you can do with the JAC Members app
- The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam Apply for a certificate of acceptance (No. 1 and No. 2)
- Apply for events (seminars, Japanese language classes, etc.)
Foreigners living in Japan can use the smartphone app "JAC Members" to apply for The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam (No. 1 and No. 2) certificates, seminars, Japanese lectures, and other events.
The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam Apply for a certificate of acceptance (No. 1 and No. 2)
If you pass the "The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam (No. 1 and No. 2)" taken in the Japan, apply for a certificate of passing in the "JAC Members" app.
You will need a certificate of acceptance when you get a job in Japan, so be sure to apply for it. And download it by the specified date.
Certificates of passing for exams taken in Japan between January and November 2025 will be attached to messages in the "JAC Members" app.
Certificates of passing for exams taken in Japan up until December 2024 will be attached to a message on your JAC My Page.

Using the "JAC Members" app, you can apply for events such as seminars and Japanese language classes held by JAC.

Please note that one account can only be used on one device. It is not possible to install and use the app on multiple devices.
