Change your account information

After you register your account, if your information changes due to obtaining or updating your residence card, etc., please update your account information.

How to change your account information

To change your account information in the "JAC Members" app, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.
Display the "Account Information Change Request" screen

1-1. Display the menu list

On the home screen, tap the Menu icon.

The menu list will open.

1-2. Display the "Account Information" screen

Tap [Account Info] in the menu bar.

1-3. Display the "Account Information Change Request" screen

Tap [Change your status of residence].

The "Request to change account information" screen will open.

If you are unable to apply and a dialog box appears stating "You cannot make a new application because the following applications have already been submitted," please check the frequently asked questions below.

2-3. Take a photo of your face

"Take a photo of your face"Camera iconTap. An explanation of what you need to be careful of will be displayed. Read the explanation carefully. Tap the [Start shooting] button to take a photo.

*If there are any imperfections in the photo, such as your mouth being open or there being something in the background, your application will not be accepted. If you are unsure, please take a new photo.

① Check the image of the face photo you want to take and tap "Next".

② Check the warning text and tap "Next".

③ Check the warnings and images, then tap "Next."

④ Check the warnings and images, then tap "Next."

⑤ Tap "Start shooting".

⑥ Move your smartphone so that your face is within the frame to perform biometric authentication.

⑦ Tap the button to take a photo of your face.

⑧ Check the photograph of your face.

On the "Confirm Face Photo" screen, check that the photo is clear. If it is clear, check each item and tap the [OK] button.

If there are any imperfections in the photo, such as your mouth being open or there being something in the background, your application will not be accepted. If you are unsure, please take a new photo.

Photos that meet any of the following criteria are not acceptable

  1. Masks, earphones, sunglasses

2-4. Display the confirmation screen

Tap [Next] to open the confirmation screen.

2-5. Check the displayed details and apply

Scroll down the screen to see your ID and photo.

If the details are correct, tap [Apply].
If you want to change the content, tap [Back].

If your application is successful, you will be returned to the home screen.

3-1. Confirm that the change application has been approved by JAC

Once your application for changing your account information has been approved by JAC, you will receive a message in your in-app message list informing you that your account information has been changed.

This completes the application to change your account information.
Please be patient as it may take some time for your application to be approved.
