【Job Type】 Framing construction work

I came to Japan in 2018. When I first arrived, I didn't understand any Japanese at all, so communicating with those around me was very difficult. However, I made an effort to ask questions repeatedly whenever I didn't understand something and to try to remember the information.

At work, I experienced a variety of tasks, including burying pipes and Excavating work the ground. I have carefully observed the movements of my seniors, learned how to work, and devised my own ideas.
I always try to "follow the rules of the site" and "work with safety first".
Now I can gradually understand the situation on site, and I have more opportunities to talk to and mentor new staff myself.

On my days off, I refresh myself by going to karaoke with friends or watching soccer matches. In spring, the cherry blossoms that bloom in the nearby park are so beautiful, and I can really feel the changing seasons of Japan.
I've gotten used to life in Japan, but I want to continue to work hard and diligently without letting my guard down.
