【Job Type】 Framing construction work

I came to Japan in 2014.

I am currently working with the "Specified Skilled Worker (ii)" qualification. When I first came to Japan, I didn't understand Japanese and found the work very difficult.
However, I have cherished the small habits of "report mistakes as soon as possible" and "be punctual". I am proud that I have never been late for 11 years.

Working on the construction of a famous theme park is one of my fondest memories. The work was tough, but it was a valuable experience for me.

Japan has many rules, but I think it's a very livable country.
Currently, as a team leader, I am in a position to train other foreign staff members. Since I myself was initially inexperienced, I make it a point to teach my juniors as carefully as possible.

One custom that surprised me when I came to Japan was the use of slippers. Seeing the slippers neatly lined up at the entrance of the room made me want to do the same. I have two children, so I want to teach them about this kind of good Japanese culture.
