When I was a student, I was interested in the construction industry and thought, "I'd like to work in construction someday." One day, I researched Japan on the internet. I learned that "Japanese people are diligent and kind," and that made me want to go to Japan and study the construction industry. That's how I ended up coming to Japan.

When I actually came to Japan, I found the people at the company to be incredibly kind. They taught me how to proceed with my work on-site in an easy-to-understand way. Now, I'm entrusted with managing projects. The first project I was put in charge of was a three-story building. I was very happy when I was able to complete the work successfully and received praise from those around me.

Now that I'm Specified Skilled Worker (ii), I can even get a car license. There are places in Japanese driving schools where you can take the exam in Vietnamese. Therefore, it was not difficult to get a license.

Right now, I'm teaching my juniors how to do the job. I want to keep working hard so I can build a house for my family in Vietnam.
