[Job Title] Reinforcement Work

I came to Japan from China in 2007. Technical Intern Training started working as a student and is now Specified Skilled Worker (i).

Japanese roads are clean and convenient. Also, I find the Japanese people to be very kind.
Unlike in China, in Japan, working hours are clearly defined, and employees can take proper breaks.

Currently, I'm training Chinese and Vietnamese staff members on the job.
I can communicate with the Chinese staff, but the Vietnamese staff don't understand Chinese, so I communicate with them in Japanese.
Since neither of us is very good at Japanese yet, I teach them by saying, "Just imitate me." Now, I've become good friends with the Vietnamese staff as well.

My goal is to bring my family to Japan.
I've turned 47. From now on, I want to dedicate myself not only to myself but also to my family more than ever before.
