【Job Type】 Concrete pressure feeding

I have a wife and children in China, and I came to Japan to enrich my family's life. When I came to Japan, my son was still young, but now he is a high school student and is studying hard for the entrance exam. I am very happy that becoming a Specified Skilled Worker (ii) allows me to invite my family in China to live in Japan with me.

Thanks to my senior colleagues who taught me, I can now do everything on my own. When I first joined the company, my senior colleague had me stand next to them and demonstrated the work in front of me. They explained things slowly, which made it easy to understand. I've followed their example and now teach my junior colleagues the same way.

I have never experienced discrimination on the job site simply because I am Chinese. When I worked hard and became a foreman, the site supervisor and people from other companies began to trust me. Thanks to that, my work became even easier. Now, I want to study Japanese more and improve my reading and writing skills.
