[Job Title] Interior Construction

One of the reasons I've stayed at my current workplace for so long is that my senior colleagues who teach me are very kind. In construction companies in China, it's common for people to raise their voices or yell when teaching others. But that doesn't happen very often in Japan. My senior colleagues speak in a gentle manner, which makes it easy to work here.

Also, since kanji are used in Japan, I was fortunate enough to be able to understand the meaning to some extent. In the construction industry in particular, words like "Safety First" and "Danger" are written in kanji at the construction site. Therefore, I know where I need to be careful. Having warning signs in kanji to work safely is very helpful to me.

I was recognized for my hard work and was awarded as a Recognition of Excellent Foreign Construction Workers in 2020. Also, I was able to become the second Specified Skilled Worker (ii) in the country in 2022. Specified Skilled Worker (ii) can bring your family to Japan. These achievements are thanks to the company's support. I am really grateful to the company.
