I came to Japan because I wanted to work in Japan because I knew that the technology of Plastering in Japan was more advanced than in China. I was surprised that Japanese people are very serious about their work, and the result is different from that in China.

Japan has a very high awareness of safety, and completing work safely is considered very important. Therefore, learning Japanese is crucial. I actively communicate with Japanese people, and when I encounter unfamiliar words at work or in my daily life, I look them up in a dictionary when I get home. Knowing Japanese makes both life and work much easier, so I encourage everyone to do their best!
