Specified Skilled Worker (i) people can get support anytime, anywhere, in your native language, just a smartphone.

  • If you're unsure which hospital to go to, we can help you find one.
  • Once you've chosen a hospital, they'll help you with making an appointment.
  • At the hospital, you can have your conversations with doctors and nurses interpreted over the phone.
  • If you end up being hospitalized or undergoing surgery, you may be eligible to receive a condolence payment.

Call and interpretation services are free of charge.

You can receive four types of support for free.

1. They will help you find a hospital.

We will contact you by phone to confirm your symptoms and preferences, and then search for a nearby hospital or clinic. We will send you the information of the hospitals we find via email or SMS.

2. They will help you make a hospital appointment.

We provide support such as interpreting when you need to make, change, or cancel hospital appointments.

3. They provide medical interpretation over the phone.

When you visit the hospital, we will interpret your conversation with the doctor or nurse over the phone (via web call on your smartphone).

4. You can receive compensation for hospitalization and surgery due to injury.

If you are hospitalized due to injury, we will pay you a daily allowance of 1,400 yen (for a maximum of 180 days). If you undergo surgery, we will pay you an allowance of 5 to 10 times the daily hospitalization allowance, depending on the type of surgery.
