I've been interested in the Japanese construction industry ever since I was in Indonesia. In Indonesia, we use bamboo and other materials to construct scaffolding, but I want to bring the materials and techniques used in Japan back to Indonesia and start my own company.

I currently work as a section chief, leading the team on site. I learn something new every day by talking with supervisors and carpenters. The company also holds study sessions on Confucianism and financial statements, so I'm learning about the mechanisms of sales and profits. I've come to work with the mindset of "not wasting money" and "working for the company and for everyone."

The president encourages me, even when things are difficult, saying, "You should do it." There are still things that are difficult for me, such as on-site meetings, but the president supports me, so it's a very good experience.
