I came to Japan because I wanted to learn about the Japanese way of working.
When I was 17, a friend told me about Japan, and that's what prompted me to come here. I was able to fulfill the dream I had talked about with my friend: "Let's go to Japan together."

I talk to my family in Indonesia on the phone every day.
My family supports my decision to work in Japan. That's why, even when work is tough, I keep going because I think of my family.

My fondest memory from my time at work is when I first started working and my senior colleagues kindly taught me until I was able to do my job properly.
Whenever I didn't understand something, my senior colleague would explain it very clearly, saying, "Agus, once you've done this, then do this next." Thanks to that, I was able to learn the fundamentals of the job.
