[Job Title] Reinforcement Work

The reason I came to Japan was because I wanted to see how work is done in Japan.
An acquaintance of mine who works in Japan told me that "work procedures are clearly defined in Japan, and there are solid rules for working safely." This was a different style from my home country, the Philippines, so I was very interested in learning more about it.

When I first came to Japan, I was worried whether the Japanese people around me would talk to me, a foreigner.
However, the president and my senior colleagues were very kind and spoke to me, so I was able to start working with peace of mind right away.

The people at the company tell me what the job is about so that I can understand it. Also, when I get my qualifications, everyone in the company accompanies me in my studies.
Thanks to that, I was able to obtain my Class 2 Certificed Skilled Worker qualification in 2021.
My current goal is to continue to do my best in Japan and start my own company in the future.
