Free assistance for everyday problems: "Life Trouble Support"

Two services that support you 24 hours a day, from plumbing problems to everyday troubles.

This service is a free support service for Specified Skilled Worker (i) to help people with problems that may arise when living in Japan.

For lock and plumbing problems, our "emergency call-out service" will support you, and if you injure someone or damage someone else's property, our "personal liability insurance" will help.

To make it easy for everyone to get help when problems arise or when they have minor issues in their daily lives, we have prepared a dedicated support desk that supports 13 languages.

Specified Skilled Worker (i) in the construction sector does not require prior application. If you are in trouble, please visit it anytime.

  • We also handle other everyday problems and consultations.
  • If compensation to a third party is required, the operating company, Insurance Service Co., Ltd., may contact Specified Skilled Worker (i) or the company to assist with insurance claims.

If a call comes in to our life trouble support hotline in a foreign language, we will include an interpreter and conduct the conversation with three parties involved.

About emergency response services

  • You will need to present a government-issued form of identification (resident card, passport, etc.).
  • We do not make duplicate keys.
  • The automatic locking system in apartment buildings is not included in this service.

Free and paid coverage

Free support scope

Basic fee, business trip fee, night fee, holiday fee, work fee (work within 60 minutes)
We will respond to ⇒ Specified Skilled Worker problems free of charge.

Paid support range

Overtime work fee for 60 minutes or more (1,100 yen (tax included) per 10 minutes), special work fee, parts fee (cost of various parts such as gaskets)

If you have any problems due to deterioration over time or problems in the shared areas, please contact your landlord or management company.

About personal liability insurance

This excludes damages based on the performance of duties, Specified Skilled Worker damages for items borrowed or kept by others, such as one's own room, and damages caused by cars, motorcycles, and electric scooters.

  • This coverage does not include settlement negotiation services.

Insurance Services Co., Ltd. will assist you with insurance claims.
